We use an in-home delivery service to deliver these products. Once you place your order, they will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery is typically within a few weeks from the day you placed your order, with metro areas usually faster than rural areas. When they deliver your new bed, they will set it up in your bedroom and remove the packing materials. They will even remove your old mattress and box spring, unless you ask them not to.

Simply put, for a full decade after you purchase your new Tempur-Pedic®, if the mattress has a defect covered under the warranty guidelines, we’ll replace or repair it. This includes all parts of the mattress. Note that there are certain circumstances that will automatically void the manufacturer’s warranty, including inappropriate foundation use and physical damage. Yes, you and your partner will each have unique Sleeptracker-AI® accounts that monitor and store sleep data. 

During the app setup, you will be asked to specify which side of the bed you sleep on, allowing the system to distinguish you from your partner. 

If you switch sides of the bed, simply update this information in the app at Menu > My Sleeptracker-AI® Monitor > Bed & Sleeper Setup > Change Your Side of Bed.

For select mattresses, yes — this included with our White Glove Delivery service. Simply indicate that you have an old mattress and box spring you'd like removed when we contact you to set up delivery.

Please note that the TEMPUR-Cloud® mattress is designed to be delivered to your door via UPS and does not come with White Glove Delivery or mattress removal services.
