Preparing Your Home
To ensure smooth and timely arrival of your items, please complete the following steps prior to delivery:
- Clear all walking paths, including sidewalks and hallways
- Remove decorative items that could obstruct or hinder delivery
- Secure children and pets in a safe and quiet area
- Thoroughly inspect all of your new items
- Reach out to us via email or call (800) 821-6621 with any issues
- Register your product(s) online to activate applicable warranties

Q. How are mattresses/foundations/power bases delivered?
A. We use an in-home delivery service to deliver these products. Once you place your order, they will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery is typically 7 to 14 business days from the day you placed your order, with metro areas usually faster than rural areas. When they deliver your new bed, they will set it up in your bedroom and remove the packing materials. They will even remove your old mattress and box spring, if requested.
Q: Will you assemble my mattress/foundation/power base when it's delivered?
A: Yes. Our in-home delivery service will unpack your new bed and place it in your bedroom. They will either set up the mattress and foundation on the bed frame, or set up the mattress on the power base if you ordered one.
Q: Will you remove my old mattress and box spring?
A: Yes. It’s all part of our white glove delivery service.
Q: How are pillows, bed linens and accessories delivered?
A: We use UPS or a similar package courier service to deliver all of our smaller products. During checkout, we give you the option of Standard Delivery or, for an additional charge, expedited service. These items will be delivered separately, and usually arrive before you mattress is delivered.
