Power in their annual Mattress Satisfaction Report.+ Additionally, we ranked highest in Customer Satisfaction with Mattresses Purchased Online for the second year in a row. In 2022, customers rated us #1 for support, durability, comfort, warranty, variety of features, and price when shopping for retail mattresses. This is the fifth time in the last six years that we’ve been recognized in the retail mattress segment by J.D. Power, an organization that bases its rankings on the honest opinions of real customers.
